The deepest part of the open-pit mining area of the Semirala Coal Mine in the Philippines is -100m above sea level. There are two large leakage points, and a large amount of seawater is poured back. The total water output is about 3000m³/h, which seriously affects the coal mine production operations. Customers continue to try various solutions. The 12 pumps kept running day and night, but they couldn't resist the gushing seawater.

According to the on-site information, XCMG has formulated a comprehensive and executable plan, and selected three XCMG XMZ120 multi-functional drilling rigs to be equipped with the high-pressure rotary jet power head and triple high-pressure rotary jet drill pipe independently developed by XCMG.

XCMG multi-functional drilling rigs are mainly used for the construction of foundation pit support anchor cable drilling, slope anchor cable drilling, tunnel grouting drilling, tunnel emergency rescue drilling, micro piles, and high-pressure rotary jetting. XCMG XMZ120 power head has a maximum torque of 14.1kN.m, strong power, adjustable power head speed ratio, wide application range, equipped with extended mast, equipped with rotary jet jib, and a single maximum rotary jet depth of 15m. It is one of the best solutions for grouting drilling. Take the "sharp weapon".

After four months of concerted efforts, the leakage point of Semirala Coal Mine has been effectively solved, and the XCMG brand has been greatly recognized by customers, which has also promoted follow-up cooperation. The customer then added another XR200E rotary drilling rig and had a more in-depth cooperation with XCMG.
