Crane QY80K6C has a six-section 60m main boom, adopts a new single-cylinder bolt telescopic system, and can lift 13t with a 14m full extension boom.

When drum brakes are used in the industry, QY80K6C has already used double-caliper disc brakes, which have good thermal recession resistance, fast braking response, and good balance of left and right braking forces. Compared with drum brakes, double-caliper disc brakes The braking distance is reduced by 1~2m under the same load. The full counterweight is 24.6 tons in heavy-duty transition mode, with 8t counterweight placed in the middle, 7t attached to the turntable, and 9.6t placed at the rear of the frame.

On the hydraulic system, the QY80K6C adopts a control method combining pump and valve control: pump control is used for medium and high-speed operation, which is efficient and energy-saving; valve control is switched for low-speed operation, and the flow control is more accurate and the speed fluctuation range is smaller. It can achieve 55s boom, 480s full extension of main boom, maximum rotation speed of 2r/min, and lifting speed of 145m/min. The 470L super-capacity fuel tank can run 100~200 kilometers longer than industry-level products when a full tank of fuel is filled, and the operating time is longer.
