Crane XCA130L7C has a seven-section 78-meter main boom, and the maximum boom length can reach 107.4m. It adopts a new double-cylinder head single-cylinder bolt telescopic system. The bearing capacity of the double-cylinder head telescopic cylinder is stronger than that of the single-cylinder head telescopic cylinder. At % arm position, the bearing capacity of double cylinder head is 108% higher than that of single cylinder head, and 18.7% higher at 100% arm position.
On the other hand, the double-head telescopic cylinder has the advantages of short cylinder stroke and light weight of the assembly, reducing the weight of the telescopic cylinder by more than 15%, and the reduced weight can be used to strengthen structural parts such as the boom to achieve the purpose of improving performance.
XCA130L7C can carry 24t balance weight for short-distance transfer, which can meet 40% working conditions and greatly improve the working efficiency. It far exceeds the level of carrying more than ten tons of counterweight in the same industry, and the super transition capacity corresponds to the average matching technology of XCMG's complete machine weight on the bridge, the overall carrying capacity of the chassis, and the overall material used for the chassis.
Compared with the three-wheel drive configuration currently used in the industry, the XCA130L7C uses a five-axle four-wheel drive all-terrain chassis. Each time a drive axle is added, a corresponding main reduction mechanism will be added. The power system uses a 460-horsepower engine, a 12-speed automatic transmission, and the maximum climbing ability can reach 60%; and all axles use oil and gas suspension systems, equipped with air-controlled disc brakes.
